This judgment must be read in continuation of the earlier orders

passed by us in the matter resting with the order dt. 13.10.2010.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to

13.10.2010 the petitioner has contacted his wife, the alleged detenue,

over telephone. He is satisfied that no further orders are necessary in

this Writ petition.

3. This Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
