Petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with

Sarai P.S. Case No. 3 of 2010 for offences under Sections 147,

148, 448,323,324,379,307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code

pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Vaishali at Hajipur.

After some argument, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a

liberty to surrender before the court below and seeks prayer for

regular bail.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as

withdrawn.
