Sri A.K. Yadav, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the O.P. No.3
and filed an affidavit of compliance on his behalf. According to which the
Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Allahabad has
issued a letter dated 16.4.2010 adjusting the applicant in Vaidik Putri
Pathshala Kanya Inter College, Nai Mandi, Muzaffar Nagar.

The learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is allowed two weeks time
to obtain instructions and file a reply, if required.

List after two weeks showing the name of Sri A.K. Yadav, Advocate from the
side of the opposite parties.
