Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has been served with the order
of his retirement on attaining the age of
superannuation and in view of that, the petitioner
is to retire on 30.11.2009. The petitioner has
approached this Court by way of this writ
petitioner so as to agitate the issue of his date
of birth. The petitioner is relying upon the
document Annex.3 wherein it has been stated that
as per the petitioner’s statement, his age is 33
years.

That is hardly any evidence which can be
relied and, therefore, I do not find any merit in
the writ petition.

Consequently, this writ petition is hereby
dismissed.
