In these writ petitions, the validity of the Notification dated 31st March, 2009
issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and the Notification
dated 2nd June, 2009 issued under Section 6 read with Section 17(1)(4) of the
Land Acquisition Act have been challenged.
The land of the petitioner is covered by the said Notifications. The validity of
the aforesaid Notifications come up for the consideration before this Court in
Group of the Writ Petitions, leading Writ Petition being Civil Misc. Writ
Petition No. 29682 of 2009, Narendra Road Lines Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of U.P.
and others in which the Court vide judgment and order dated 2nd July, 2010
has been pleased to uphold the two Notifications.
The learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the controversy raised
herein has been decided by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition.
Following the decision given by this Court in the case of Civil Misc. Writ
Petition No. 29682 of 2009, Narendra Road Lines Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of U.P.
and others, we dismiss the writ petition.
