03.12.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned P.P. for the State.
Petitioner, Rishikesh Singh seeks his bail in
connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 132 of 2010 registered
under section 324/307 of IPC.
Admittedly the informant has not received any injury
on his vital part of the body, rather he sustained injuries on
his middle finger which appears to be imputed.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
well as submission of the parties, petitioner, namely,
Rishikesh Singh is directed to be released on bail on
furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ with two sureties of the
like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection
with Desari P.S. Case No. 132 of 2010.
