restoration of his anticipatory bail application bearing Cr.

Misc.17201 of 2010 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case

was listed on 21. 06.2010, on that date he was out of station. So, the

case was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Hence this restoration application is allowed and Cr.

Misc. No. 17201 of 2010 is restored to its original file.
