                           R. P. No. 654 of 2010
                     in W.P. (C) No. 36323 of 2009
                   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                  Dated, this the 27th day of July, 2010
                                   ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the only
grievance projected in the Writ Petition is that the petitioner might be
permitted to clear the entire liability by way of ‘OTS’ Scheme, instead of
making the petitioner to satisfy the same by way of installments. The
learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner had already
approached the Bank by filing an application as borne by Ext. P2,
though no specific figure has been given therein expressing the offer.
2. In the above circumstances, the review petition is disposed of,
permitting the petitioner to file a proper representation with a concrete
suggestion as to the amount, for which the liability is sought to be
settled, which shall be preferred within one week from today. On
receipt of the same, the appropriate orders shall be passed by the
respondent Bank, extending such benefit to the permissible extent, as
expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two weeks thereafter.
The liability of the petitioner will be subject to the outcome of the orders
to be passed by the respondent Bank.
