Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order No. 14/2010-Cus. dated 6.12.2010 (C.No.VIII/10/46/2010-SC) passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and unsustainable and further direct the 1st respondent to allow the application of the petitioner filed under Sec.127 B of the Customs Act bearing S.A.(C) 46/2010 to be proceeded with on merits.
