                                  JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

(i) issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P3 Auction

Certificates and P4 order as illegal and arbitrary.

(ii) issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent

to dispose of Ext.P5 revision petition after giving a chance

of being heard to the petitioner.

In case no orders have been passed on Ext.P5, there will be a direction

to the first respondent to dispose of the same with notice to the parties

within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of

the judgment. The interim order passed by this court on 17-7-2003 will

continue till such time.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
