before the Court below of the petitioners no. 7, 10 and

11 be extended by four weeks from today in

connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2010

pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj,

District-Rohtas.

Accordingly, the modification application is

disposed of to the extent above.

Let the order be communicated to the trial

court through Fax at the cost of the petitioners.
