Notice on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2, has been accepted by Sri
D.K. Singh, whereas notice on behalf of opposite party no. 3, has been
accepted by the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India.
Sri D.K. Singh, raised objection with respect to the maintainability of the writ
petition on the ground that the petitioner is not entitled for compassionate
appointment as his father was a scientist in the B.S.I.P., Lucknow. He prays
for and is allowed a week’s time to seek instruction and place relevant
rules/regulations in this regard.
