Rule.

Shri. Hemant Makwana, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule
for the respondent State. The application is allowed in terms of Para
No. 4.A. Only. The amendment shall be carried out immediately in
accordance with the amendment mentioned in this application as there
is no objection to the other side. Application stands disposed of
accordingly. Prayer 4.B and C. can not be granted and hence same are
rejected. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. No cost.

Amendment
be carried out within a week from today.
