On 12.1.2010, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has given as last
opportunity to argue the case. Thereafter, on 14.2.2011, nobody appeared on
behalf of the petitioner. Today, Shree Deepak Kumar Dubey appeared on behalf
of the petitioner and stated the petitioner has taken the file from him and he has
no instruction in this matter.

As such, nobody appears on behalf the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ
petition is dismissed in default.
