                          JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph,J.

Petitioner approached this court complaining of

police harassment. We find that the parties are already before

the Family court, Nedumangad in O.P.No.925/2009. Learned

Government Pleader submits that Police does not intend to

interfere with the disputes among the family members. The

writ petition is disposed of recording the above submission

and relegating the parties to sort out their grievances before

the Family court.
