The respondents are granted two weeks’ time to file a counter affidavit.
Petitioner will have two weeks, thereafter, to file a rejoinder affidavit.

List after expiry of aforesaid period.

Till the next date of listing it is provided that the petitioner shall also be
entitled to the protection as has been made available to the petitioners of Writ
Petition No. 25016 of 2010.

As the order of transfer is dated 22.04.2010, therefore, if the petitioner has
already been relieved, this order of stay will not be given effect to.
