After arguing for some time, counsel states that the petitioners

may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to make an

application before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner for the

deficiency in the deposit of the Provident Fund by the respondent Mill,

where the petitioners are working.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
