Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if second respondent is directed to dispose of the representations, dated 17.11.2006 and 16.6.2008, on merits, within a specified period.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representations, dated 17.11.2006 and 16.6.2008, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the third respondent and the other parties concerned. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representations, dated 17.11.2006 and 16.6.2008, to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
