                        JUDGMENT

Petitioner is an aspirant for the post of L.D.Typist for

the filling up of which PSC issued notification dated

31.12.2005. As it is evident from the notification which

was issued on 31.12.2005, the last date for receiving

application specified was on 31.1.2006. Going by Exts.P2

and P3 itself it is very clear that the petitioner got

qualified only after 28.2.2006.

2. If that be so, only after the last date for receiving

application, petitioner was qualified for the post. In my

view, for this reason, petitioner was not an eligible

candidate at the time of notification, to apply for the

above mentioned post.

Writ petition fails and the same is dismissed.
