Prayer: Petition filed seeking for a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.A3/3784/2010 dated 19.10.2010 issued by the 3rd respondent imposing a condition in clause 8 that Demand Draft will not be accepted and quash the entire tender process of the 3rd respondent dated 19.10.2010 and the allotment of the Work No.1 and 2 to the 4th respondent on 28.10.2010 as null and void and further direct the 1 to 3 respondents to issue a fresh tender after deleting the condition that Demand Draft will not be accepted.
