Counsel for the petitioner absent.

2. From a reading of the writ petition itself, it is clear that

the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(C) No.33624/2006 and

obtained an interim order Ext.P2, by which this Court had

granted a stay on condition that the petitioner pays an amount of

Rs.20,000/=. The petitioner has not paid that amount. Instead,

he has filed this writ petition for the same relief. The remedy

available to the petitioner is to pursue the earlier writ petition

and not to file a fresh writ petition for the same cause of action.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
