Earlier this Court had directed for issuance of notice for winding
up its order dated 02.12.2009.

The office has reported that the notice was sent to the respondent-
Company by registered post fixing 11.01.2010 but neither the A.D.
nor undelivered cover has been returned back.

This would mean deemed service. However, another opportunity is
being granted to the Company. The petitioner is directed to take
fresh steps for service of notice upon the Company, within a
period of one week.
