                    J U D G M E N T

An order has been passed by the Additional Director

of Health Services on 30.5.2008, apparently, pursuant to

the personal hearing conducted on 7.4.2008 and a

decision has been taken to reject the claim of the

petitioners. Learned Government Pleader hands over a

copy of the order to the learned counsel for the

petitioners.

In the circumstances, the Contempt of Court Case is

closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to

take appropriate action in relation to the order dated

30.5.2008.
