Learned counsel for the petitioners has moved restoration application
supported by an affidavit for the recall of the order dated 21.1.2003 passed by
Hon’ble Mr.Justice Rakesh Tiwari. Since the writ petition was dismissed for
non-prosecution by another Bench, therefore, this Court does not want to pass
any order on the restoration application . Let this matter be placed before the
appropriate Bench alongwith connected writ petition.
