                                   J U D G M E N T

This Writ Petition inter alia seeks out-of-turn release of retiral

benefits of the petitioner who retired from service on supernnuation on

31.5.2004, on the ground that his daughter is getting married on the

13th of May, 2007. Ext.P2 issued by a famous Jyolsian is relied on in

this context.

2. Heard Sri.R.Azad Babu, counsel for the petitioner and

Sri.Johnson P.John, Standing Counsel for the K.S.R.T.C.

3. The averments in the Writ Petition, supported as the same is

by Ext.P2, are convincing. Under these circumstances, the Writ

Petition will stand disposed of with the following direction:-

The respondent will release to the petitioner all the amounts due

to him by way of commuted value of pension at their earliest and at

any rate, by the last day of April, 2007.
