Prayer

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying
for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take
action on petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2010.

:ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, praying for a writ of mandamus, to
direct the first respondent to take action based on the complaint made by the
petitioner, dated 02.09.2010.

2. Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf
of the respondents 2 to 3.

3. The main contention of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner is that the second and the third respondents are interfering with the
civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. It has also
been stated that a Second Appeal, in S.A.No.377 of 2010, is pending before this
Court, with regard to the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth
respondent.

4. Mr.R.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of
the second and the third respondents had submitted, on instructions, that the
said respondents are not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the
petitioner and the fourth respondent.

5. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate
appearing on behalf of the second and the third respondents, this writ petition
is closed, as no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. No
costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
