Petitioner approached this court seeking police protection. Finding an

element of settlement, we direct the parties to be present before the Kerala

Mediation Centre. It is seen that disputes have been settled in the following

terms.

1. Kattakode Service Co-operative Bank shall pay

Rs.3 per bag for Bone meal, Bio-fertiliser and

Raj Phos and Rs.2 per bag for all other fertilizers.

2. The above rate is inclusive of unloading and

stacking of Fertilizer bags n the premises of

Kattakode Service Co-operative Bank, including

the godown.

3. The rate shall be revised by mutual agreement

when unloading rates are revised by Aamachal

Service Co-operative Bank.

4. Parties will co-operate and carry out the work in

cordial atmosphere.

The above terms are recorded. Hence the Writ petition is disposed of

in terms of the above settlement. Towards remuneration to the mediator, the

parties will pay an amount of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five

Hundred only) each within 10 days from today.
