AGP Ms. Manisha Narsinghani, instructed by one Mr. Sanjay Pandya, who
is described as an Administrative Officer from the office of the
Commissioner, Yuth Services and Cultural Activities, prays for time
for two days to make a statement before this Court that by which
earliest possible date that the petitioner will be able to receive
the compassionate pension.
