Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The dispute raised in this petition is that some obstruction is being
made by respondent nos.5 and 6 in relation to some construction
being raised by the petitioner. In our opinion, against such
grievance, the remedy available to the petitioner is to file a civil
suit before appropriate court.

With the above observation, petition stands dismissed.
