The victim prior to her death has described

the manner of her burning which led to her death. The

deceased has attributed role to the appellant which

led to her death.

Considering the allegation and evidence, we

are not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the appellant is

rejected.
