02. 20.1.2011 Annexure-8 speaks for itself. Claim of the petitioner that

his name figured in the so-called waiting list of 1982 does not find to be

correct. From the reading of the writ applications as well as well as the

annexures included, coupled with the assertions made in the counter

affidavit it looks a fishing and roving kind of writ application filed with

oblique motive.

The writ application is dismissed.
