counsel for the petitioner relied upon overruled decisions

and on the basis of overruled decisions, interim order of

stay was granted.

Accordingly, the order dated 08.08.2011

staying further proceeding in Election Petition No.8 of 2011

pending in the Court of S.K.Roy, Munsif-cum-Election

Tribunal, Jehanabad is hereby vacated.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the

petitioner, put up on 12.10.2011 for hearing in admission

matter.
