J U D G M E N T
Kurian Joseph, J.
Petitioner approached this court complaining of police
harassment. It is submitted that the father of the petitioner has filed a
petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and the same is pending before this
court as W.P.(C)341/09.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that this court has
already issued a direction to the police to produce the petitioner
before the court. The petitioner submits that she is prepared to
present herself before the court, so as to enable the court to pass
appropriate orders in the matter. Therefore, this writ petition is
disposed of directing the petitioner to present herself before the court
dealing with W.P.(C) 341/09 tomorrow. In that view of the matter, no
further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is closed.
