Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
In pursuance of the order dated 3.11.2009, wife of respondent no. 2 Smt.
Rupali Pal is present in the Court but applicant no. 1 Sagar Kumar Pal is not
present.
On quarry made by the Court, Smt. Rupali Pal stated that she is ready to live
with her husband, applicant no. 1 Sagar Kumar Pal.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that some other date fixed on which
he may appear before the court concerned.
List on 15th February, 2010. On that date respondent no. 2 Smt. Rupali Pal
and applicant husband Sagar Kumar Pal shall appear in the person. In the
meantime the applicants deposit the Rs. 10,000. The same shall be handed
over to Smt. Rupali Pal.
Till then interim order is extended.
