1.0 Heard
learned advocate Mr. Vyas for the petitioner. Learned advocate Mr.
Vyas submitted that the father of the petitioner died on 2nd
November 2004. He further states that the application made for the
first time on 20th January 2007, that has been rejected by
the authorities.

2.0 The
fact that the application was made only after three years, it is
rightly rejected. No substance is found in the petition. The same
is dismissed.
