Call for the photocopy of the original case
diary of Raghopur Police Station Case No. 39 of 2007
from the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur
at Vaishali.
List this case on appearance of Opposite
Party No. 2 along with the case diary.
In the mean time, further proceedings of the
aforesaid case shall remain stayed subject to the fact
that charges have not been framed in this case as yet.
In case, charges have been framed, then this
application will automatically become infructuous.
