                                JUDGMENT

In this Original Petition the prayer of the petitioner is that

certain alleged obstructions on a public road be removed acting on

Exts.P1 and P2 complaints filed by him. A statement has been filed on

behalf of the 2nd respondent wherein it is claimed that steps have

been taken to remove the obstructions. Accepting the statement filed

by the 2nd respondent, the Original Petition will stand closed as having

become infructuous.
