Learned counsel for the applicant states that in the present transfer application
a detailed order was delivered by Hon’ble SNH Zaidi,J on 6th February 2009,
which was subsequently recalled by His Lordship on 30th March 2009 on the
application filed by opposite party no. 2.

Accordingly, put up before Hon’ble SNH Zaidi, J in the next cause list after
seeking nomination from Hon’ble the Chief Justice.

Interim order, granted earlier, shall remain stayed till next date of listing.
