Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated
21.12.2009 on the ground that the Government Order states that from the
very mentioned shop the salt can be purchased and be distributed at the
appropriate rate.

We are not in agreement with the learned counsel for the petitioner as
now-a-days adulterated salts are being manufactured by a large number
of factories and in order to avoid adulteration, the specific shop has been
referred. We do not find any merit in the writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
