This writ petition was filed in the year 2003. No stay has been given by this

Prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent no. 1 to consider
the case of the petitioner for empenalment in the list of Auditor.

After such a long, we are not satisfied with any of the grounds which has been
made to issue a writ as prayed.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
