again on 28.9.2011 when nobody had appeared on behalf of the

petitioner.

Today Mr. Suresh Prasad Baranwal appears and

submits that the petitioner has taken a ‘No Objection’. The

record of the proceeding does not show any fresh Vakalatnama

having been filed in the meanwhile on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the circumstances, put up on 17.10.2011

retaining its position.
