The parties are in agreement that there should be some

settlement in the matter and, therefore, the two pairs of husband and

wife be summoned to appear before this court to make an attempt of

compromise.

Put up this case on 5th January, 2011, in chamber, if not

sitting singly.

On that date, both pairs of husband and wife shall present

before this court.

Before the next date, the petitioner side would have filed a

withdrawal petition in all the cases instituted by them and produce

the certified copies in proof of the same.

Meanwhile, further proceeding in Barbigha P.S. case

no.221 of 2009 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Sheikhpura, shall remain stayed.
