petition in Misc. Civil Application No. 1336 of 2009 was filed for
extension of time earlier granted by the Court. The said petition
was filed on 17.4.2009. Subsequently, when the case was taken up on
6.7.2010, the Court having noticed that more than year has passed,
refused to pass any order for extension of time. We find no ground
made out to recall the said order.

This
Misc. Civil Application is dismissed.
