Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with

Kurhani P.S. Case No. 25 of 1999 and also antecedent

report of the petitioner from the Supdt. of Police,

Muzaffarpur who is accused in the above mentioned case.

The same must be submitted within three weeks.
