learned counsel for the State.

No doubt petitioner is husband alleged for

torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry but remained

in custody since 23.05.2010.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.

Let the above named petitioner be enlarged on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

of S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.

103 C of 2007.
