The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that against the impugned
order, the aforesaid writ petition was filed wherein a stay order dated 6.5.2010
has been passed.

Notices on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 & 5 have been accepted by the
learned standing counsel and the learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

Issue notice to respondent no. 3.

Till further orders, the petitioner shall not be evicted from the land in
question.
