Mr.Birendra Kumar Sinha learned senior counsel
appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ram Chandra Singh
learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the
State are present.
However, the case is adjourned for a week with an
indication that if on the next date no one appears on behalf of
opposite party no.2 the case shall be decided after hearing learned
counsel for the petitioner even in absence of opposite party no.2.
