Both parties are present in person in court. It has been admitted by
them that the matter has been compromised between the parties and they have no
objection in case the FIR and the cross-version in question are quashed lodged
against each other. They have also made statements to this effect in the court
which were recorded in connected petition bearing Criminal Misc. No. M-21004
of 2009.

Heard counsel for the parties.

The petition is disposed of by a separate order of even date passed in
Criminal Misc. No. M-21004 of 2009 titled as Harpreet Singh alias Ruby and
others vs State of Punjab and another.
