Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the
State.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought relief for
quashing the F.I.R. registered at case crime no.618 of 2010, under Sections
504, 506 IPC, and Section 3(1)(X) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S. Chainpur, District
Bareilly.

From the perusal of the contents of the first information report cognizable
offence is disclosed against the petitioner. The petitioner has got criminal
antecedents. No ground is made out for interference by this Court.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
