Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the
impugned order, which is in an administrative exigency.

The petitioner has been transferred from Gautam Buddh
Nagar to Meerut.

There is absolutely no inconvenience nor any stigma caused
to the petitioner.

In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed.
